In the CPCA / CADA September 2026 passenger-car market note, the August China whole-vehicle export destination top-10 (customs digest) listed among others:
- UAE ~30,146
- Kazakhstan ~27,538
(alongside Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Belgium, UK, Australia, Italy, Philippines in the same print).
January–August cumulative top destinations in the same note still start with Russia / Brazil / UK / Australia / Belgium… — a single strong August does not rewrite the year rank.
Desk takeaway: Gulf and KZ are both visible monthly destinations. Quote local CoC + tax separately; a UAE clearance is not a KZ retail VIN.
